The CycloVent is an extraction system consisting of cyclone separator and ventilator. Located on the cyclone separator, the ventilator generates the negative pressure required for the air flow. Since the ventilator is attached directly on the immersion tube, use is also made of the natural turbulence swirl of the cyclone vortex. As a result the power required for the ventilator does not have to be so high. Because of the adjacent negative pressure the dust-laden air flows through the cyclone separator. This is the well-proven HF model and specially adapted to the performance data of the ventilator. The particular feature of this cyclone model is the very high volume flow rate compared to the small diameter and, at the same time, good separation rate. Where further demands are made in respect of the clean gas value, the CycloVent extraction unit can be fitted on the clean air side with a filter pocket made of high-quality filter cloth (dust category M).

The well thought-out construction of the extraction system envisages the use of differing cyclone sizes and ventilators. On account of the high-performance medium-pressure ventilators the CycloVent extraction system is ideally suited for continuous operation. A further advantage is the simple, dimensionally stable welded construction, which guarantees a long life-cycle and low maintenance. The extraction system has a high-quality powder coating both inside and outside.
